The submission of a completed reservation form, along with the receipt of a reservation deposit or full payment, confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on all persons intending to occupy the premises. Each reservation will be considered confirmed after the reservation form and deposit are received.
Monthly Rentals
A reservation deposit of $200.00 will hold your vacation dates and is due within 7 days of placing the reservation. This deposit will be credited toward your rental balance. Monthly rentals are subject to an additional $60 cleaning fee. $60 on monthly rentals. Note: Deposits will not be accepted for reservations booked within 60 days of the arrival date. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Weekly Rentals
A reservation deposit of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates and is due within 7 days of placing the reservation. This deposit will be credited toward your rental balance. Note: Deposits will not be accepted for reservations booked within 30 days of the arrival date. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
An additional refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due prior to the arrival date. This deposit may be made using either of the two following methods:
Cash Deposit
A cash/check/money order deposit of $200.00 is due prior to the arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within one week of the departure date, provided the keys are returned and there is no breakage or damage to the premises and/or contents, outstanding long distance telephone charges, or cleaning costs, other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises.
Credit Card Guarantee
A Visa, MasterCard or Discover account guarantee in the amount of $200.00 is acceptable. No charges will be made against the account provided the keys are returned and there is no breakage or damage to the premises and/or contents, outstanding long distance telephone charges, or cleaning costs, other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises.
Monthly Rentals
Your balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Payment by check or money order is preferred. Balances paid by credit/debit card will be accepted, but are subject to a 6% convenience fee.
Weekly Rentals
Your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payment by check or money order is preferred. Balances paid by credit/debit card will be accepted, but are subject to a 6% convenience fee.

| If the total payment is not received by the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this event, or if the client cancels after the booking is confirmed and is within 61 days of arrival, the reservation deposit will be forfeited. | |
| There will be no refunds of rental fees for cancellations made within 61 days of arrival, however monies received may be applied to a future reservation at the discretion of the homeowner or property manager. |

Some of our rental properties permit pets. Pet fees are $100 per pet for weekly rentals, and $100 per pet, per month for monthly rentals.
Generally, check-in time at our properties is 4:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM. Actual check-in and check-out times will be provided at the time of booking.
In the event a promised property becomes unavailable, another property of equal or greater accommodation will be substituted.
| For some units Random Innovations acts as a rental reservation service only. Reservation bookings for some homes are handled by individual property managers or homeowners. For these units, Random Innovations will furnish each renter with the name of a management company or homeowner prior to the arrival date. In the event that there are any problems or concerns with any rental property, the renter must notify the management company or homeowner immediately upon discovery of the problem so that the problem may be addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in the management company or homeowner not being able to approve any type of refund to the renter. | |
