All of our homes and condos are fully furnished and equipped for vacation rentals.
Standard features include:

A FULL KITCHEN including a large stove/oven with 4 ranges, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven, cookware, dishes and silverware for 6-12 people, depending on the size of the unit. A barbecue grill is provided in some units.

	GARBAGE BIN is provided in each home. Condo guests are requested to place their trash in the dumpster outside the villa daily.

Key pickup arrangements are made prior to arrival. Alarm system codes, when applicable, are provided at the same time.

Check in time is 4:00 PM.

Check out time is 11:00 AM.
